Pioneer - New Line of Speakers for Home Theater and Music Listening
Bookshelf, Floorstanding, Center Channel, and Subwoofer From Pioneer
Chief speaker engineer, Andrew Jones, has designed a high quality entry level line of speakers for home theater or music use. The line includes two bookshelf speaker models, the SP-BS21-LR and SP-BS41-LR. The SP-C21 center channel, SP-FS51-LR floorstanding, and SW-8 subwoofer speakers complete the line.
As is so very important for excellent audio performance, Pioneer new speaker series uses a sophisticated multi-component crossover that achieves a more accurate frequency division and a more precise re-creation of sound. The Pioneer SX-A6MK2-K Stereo Receiver features a new development in stereo imaging with the completely independent construction of left/right power amplification units and twin transformers. The signal path of each block, in the improved design, is designed for the shortest signal path for minimum deterioration of signal clarity. Through a proprietary feedback circuit (Wide-Range Linear Circuit), an output signal offering a flat, even response over the widest possible range is delivered to your speaker. Hi-fi Cassette Decks Are Not Extinct
Cassette decks, due to the rise of CD and CD players, are no longer the sought after sound system components they once were. Yet, they have not quite gone the way of the Dodo bird. The dual auto-reverse cassette deck is still manufactured by some well-known companies. Pioneer and Onkyo still produce decks that offer high quality sonic performance.
Pioneer understands that people still enjoy cassette tapes and are reluctant to abandon the format. Pioneer offers three units of dual auto-reverse cassette decks. The Elite CT-05D takes advantage of its Digital Processing System (DPS) and Legato Link conversion to ensure excellent sounding tapes. The Pioneer CT-606DR (see below) and CT-W208R are ideal for people with a collection of cassettes that they refuse to relinquish. Pioneer Blu Ray - Elite
Making Audio and Video Shine with Blu-Ray
There are currently three models in the category of Pioneer Elite Blu-ray Disc Player. Each Pioneer DVD Blu ray disc player offers state of the art technology for home entertainment. The Pioneer Blu Ray Elite are designed to bring audio and visual experience to its highest level.
At the head of the class is the BDP-09FD Reference. This beautiful Blu-ray disc player was the first to be THX certified. What produces the players unrivalled picture quality? According to Pioneer, incorporated into the players are three integrated video processing chips which allow for “not only an endless array of fine tuning picture control possibilities, but also the up-conversion of 8-bit to 16-bit video processing, resulting in a maximum color palette of over 65,536 hues per color.”
The BDP-09FD Reference Blu-ray disc player utilizes the same circuit topology found in many of the most expensive CD players available today. Audio quality will be every bit as spectacular as the video.
Pioneer offers the BDP-05FD. This blu-ray disc player features HDMI 1.3a with deep color support, PQLS for jitter-free CD audio playback, and Wolfson Audio DAC. The Pioneer BDP-05FD Blu-ray provides 7.1 channel analog audio outputs: for compatibility with non HDMI equipped receivers and preamps.
The BDP-23FD is the third Blu-ray disc player in Pioneer’s arsenal. The player is BD-live compliant and features 1GB of internal memory, and a USB terminal with HDD support. State of the art technology is utilized to deliver faithful audio and video. The Pioneer DVD Blu-ray player will upscale DVDS so that they will be enjoyed in 1080p in addition to Blu-ray disc.
