The Cars were a band who came onto the scene in the late 1970s and were part of the New Wave generation of bands. “Drive“, composed by Ric Ocasek, went on to become the biggest hit for the group. The video featured the future to be wife of Ocasek, Paulina Porizkova. Unfortunately, vocalist Benjamin Orr passed away in October of 2000.
